A Senior Building Surveyor is required for a consultancy role based in London offering a salary of £60,000–£70,000. This is a permanent full-time position within a multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy delivering commercial surveying and project-led instructions including refurbishment, retrofit and building safety remediation projects.

The role involves technical surveying responsibilities alongside project delivery across commercial property assets while maintaining direct client interface and supporting the development of junior surveyors.

🎯 Responsibilities

* Lead building surveys condition surveys and due diligence instructions

* Deliver refurbishment retrofit and remediation projects

* Administer construction contracts acting as Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent

* Undertake external wall system surveys and remediation oversight

* Manage project delivery and maintain direct client relationships

✅ Requirements

* Degree qualified in Building Surveying or related discipline

* FRICS MRICS or AssocRICS qualified or working towards chartership

* Minimum five years’ industry experience

* Experience delivering commercial property and construction projects

* Experience administering construction contracts
