Multi-Trader / Snagging Foreman – High-End Residential – East London
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Multi-Trader / Snagging Foreman to join our team on a high-end residential development in East London. This is a long-term contract for the right candidate who takes pride in delivering exceptional quality and has strong experience in finishing and snagging works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and carry out snagging and finishing works on luxury residential apartments.
* Work across multiple trades as required, ensuring all works meet the highest standards.
* Coordinate and liaise with site management and contractors to ensure deadlines are met.
* Identify issues early and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
* Mentor and guide junior tradespeople where necessary.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or Snagging Foreman on high-end residential projects.
* Hands-on, proactive, and quality-focused approach.
* Ability to work independently and manage own workload.
* Excellent knowledge of building finishes, carpentry, decorating, and general snagging skills.
* Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with site management.
* CSCS card and relevant safety qualifications desirable.
