Senior Project Manager – £100M High-Rise Scheme | North Acton
A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major £100M mixed-use high-rise development in North Acton.
The project is currently at PCSA stage, and the contractor is looking to appoint a Number 1 Senior Project Manager who will take full responsibility for delivering the scheme from pre-construction through to completion.
The Project
This landmark development will consist of a 33-storey tower with a double basement, incorporating complex construction elements including a slip-form concrete core and unitised cladding façade.
The completed scheme will provide:

Residential apartments on floors 1–4
*
Purpose-built student accommodation from floors 5–33
Given the scale and complexity of the project, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving programme, managing delivery teams, and coordinating key packages from early-stage planning through construction and handover.
The Role
As Senior Project Manager (Number 1 on site), you will:

Lead the project from PCSA stage through full construction delivery
*
Manage and coordinate the site team, subcontractors, and consultants
*
Oversee key structural and façade packages including RC frame, slip-form core, and unitised cladding
*
Drive programme, quality, safety, and commercial performance
*
Maintain strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders
*
Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
Requirements
*
Proven experience delivering large-scale high-rise residential or student accommodation schemes
*
Background working with a main contractor in a Senior Project Manager / Project Lead capacity
*
Experience managing projects £80M+
*
Strong knowledge of RC frame construction and façade packages
*
Experience taking projects from pre-construction / PCSA through to completion
*
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
