About the Company
Our client is a prestigious main contractor specialising in the delivery of super prime and luxury residential developments across Central London. With an exceptional reputation for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the delivery of some of London’s most exclusive homes, they are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join the team on a flagship high-end residential project in Chelsea.
This project represents a super prime development, requiring the highest standards of quality, coordination, and finishing typically associated with luxury residential construction.
Role Overview
The Senior Site Manager will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to the exceptional quality standards expected within the super prime and luxury residential sector.
You will work closely with the Project Manager, design team, and specialist subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of high-specification finishes and bespoke elements throughout the development.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations on a super prime residential development in Chelsea.
*
Manage and coordinate subcontractors delivering specialist luxury finishes and bespoke elements.
*
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with programme, quality standards, and project specifications.
*
Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and site compliance.
*
Work closely with the Project Manager to drive programme delivery and resolve on-site challenges.
*
Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
*
Manage site logistics within a central London / high-profile residential environment.
*
Monitor workmanship and ensure exceptional quality control, particularly during finishing stages.
*
Lead and motivate site teams, ensuring clear communication across all trades and stakeholders.
*
Conduct regular site meetings and maintain accurate project records and reporting.
Key Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager delivering high-end or luxury residential projects.
*
Strong experience working within super prime residential developments in Central London.
*
Demonstrated ability to manage projects with high specification finishes and bespoke detailing.
*
Experience coordinating specialist subcontractors and luxury interior packages.
*
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programme management, and site logistics.
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Managers Card), and First Aid certification required.
*
Experience working in logistically challenging Central London locations is highly desirable.
