Quantity Surveyor (Permanent Role)
Location: Office-based in Worcester
Salary: £55,000–£65,000 + car allowance
Start: ASAP

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take on full contract oversight within our commercial team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction contracts and project management.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience with NEC4 contracts

* Working knowledge of JCT forms of contract

* Strong commercial and cost management skills

* Excellent communication and organisational ability

* Previous experience in the windows and doors sector is highly beneficial

Responsibilities:

* Full oversight of project contracts from tender to final account

* Cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting

* Liaising with clients, supply chain, and site teams

* Supporting the delivery of projects on time and within budget
