Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Main Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a highly technical and organised Project Manager with an Electrical Bias to lead multiple fast-paced commercial office fit-out projects. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle of Cat A and Cat B fit-outs, while serving as the primary technical authority for electrical installations.
The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery is safe, on time, and within budget, while providing specialised electrical oversight across all projects.
Key Responsibilities1. Multi-Project Management
End-to-End Delivery: Manage multiple concurrent Cat A and Cat B projects from pre-construction through handover and aftercare.
Programme Management: Develop and maintain detailed schedules, ensuring critical path milestones are met across all sites.
Financial Control: Manage project budgets, including procurement, variation tracking, and final accounts, maximising profitability without compromising quality.
Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants, translating complex technical requirements into clear project updates.
2. Electrical Division Compliance & Oversight
Technical Authority: Lead electrical operations, ensuring all installations meet BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations) standards.
Compliance Auditing: Conduct audits to ensure adherence to statutory regulations.
Certification Management: Oversee production and filing of all electrical testing, commissioning, and O&M documentation.
3. Cross-Project Technical Support
Pre-Construction Assistance: Support commercial teams with technical vetting of electrical tenders, value engineering, and design feasibility.
Troubleshooting: Act as the technical expert for complex electrical challenges across projects.
Supply Chain Management: Vet and manage electrical subcontractors, ensuring high standards and reliability.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5+ years’ Project Management experience in Commercial Fit-Outs.
Formally trained Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) with Gold JIB Card and 18th/19th Edition updates.
Management Certifications: SMSTS and CSCS Black Card essential
