Senior Project Manager – Metal Door Specialist

Stockport | £70k–£80k + company car or car allowance

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a metal door specialist company, overseeing 10 live projects, each valued over £1.5m. This is a hands-on role based in Stockport, where you will be regularly visiting sites, managing teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of 10+ projects over £1.5m

Provide people management and leadership to site teams

Regularly visit sites to monitor progress, quality, and compliance

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients

Ensure projects meet budgets, timelines, and quality standards

Report to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements:

Experience with main contractors on live projects

Proven people management experience

Hands-on, site-focused approach – not just office-based

Ideally experience with metal doors / door installation projects, or general construction experience is acceptable

Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
