Contracts Manager-Planned Maintenance & Social Housing-East LDN

I am currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager for a main contractor based in East London to work on Planned Maintenance & Social Housing projects ranging between £500k – £10 million

Key duties will be –
* Taking the lead on multiple Planned Maintenance and Social Housing contracts
* Having the ability to pick up existing projects at different stages of construction
* Be able to work with different professional teams
* Be able to lead on all programming & planning duties
* Ability to be able to work with the design team on design implementation and client.

My client are looking to pay a competitive basic salary including car allowance, travel and pension with the position looking to start in April 2026 and the client is happy to wait if the candidate has a notice period.
