Paint Sprayer / Paint Preparation Operative

Salary: £30,000 per annum | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Anglian Recruitment are proud to be working with a well-established and respected company who are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Paint Sprayer / Paint Preparation Operative to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual with a strong eye for detail, looking for a long-term, stable role within a professional workshop environment.

The Role

As a Paint Sprayer / Preparation Operative, your duties will include:

*

Preparing surfaces prior to painting (sanding, masking, cleaning, filling)

*

Supporting the paint spraying process to a high-quality finish

*

Mixing paints and ensuring correct colour matching where required

*

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

*

Working to production schedules and quality standards

*

Following all health & safety procedures at all times

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position based on a 40-hour week:

*

Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 16:45

*

Friday: 08:00 – 15:00

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in paint spraying and/or paint preparation

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
