Walker & Sloan are working with an outstanding regional construction contractor to recruit a Site Engineer to support the delivery of a major flagship project in Bristol.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected contractor working on a technically complex, high-profile scheme where engineering precision and coordination will be key to successful delivery.

🏗️ The Role

As Site Engineer, you will support the technical delivery of the project, ensuring works are set out accurately and delivered in line with design, programme, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Setting out and surveying works on site
• Interpreting drawings and technical specifications
• Ensuring works are delivered in line with design and quality standards
• Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
• Managing site records, QA documentation, and reporting
• Supporting project delivery through to completion

✅ About You

• Experience working as a Site Engineer within construction
• Background working for a main contractor or civil engineering contractor
• Strong understanding of setting out and site engineering practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or Construction-related discipline (desirable)
