€100,000 – €120,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + €1,300 Net Living Allowance Per Month

A leading data centre delivery contractor is seeking an experienced Structural Lead to join a major hyperscale data centre project based in Helsinki, Finland.

This role will take responsibility for overseeing the structural scope of works across the project, ensuring delivery meets programme, safety, quality, and commercial objectives.

Working closely with the client, design teams, and project leadership, the Structural Lead will coordinate structural activities while ensuring best practices are implemented across site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all structural construction activities on the project
• Manage project costs, budgets, labour resources, and programme delivery
• Oversee structural works ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with client teams, consultants, and subcontractors
• Monitor project performance and ensure key milestones are achieved
• Drive a strong health & safety culture across the project team
• Ensure structural works meet required quality targets and project specifications
• Support project reporting and documentation processes
• Lead coordination meetings and support multidisciplinary project teams
• Ensure structural works are delivered in line with the overall construction programme

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management
• Experience delivering CSA / structural scopes within large construction projects
• Experience working in contractor-led environments
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple project stakeholders and priorities
• Strong knowledge of construction site operations and delivery
