Work on retail, residential, and healthcare projects from inception through to completion
Carry out site visits and undertake site visits to ensure technical compliance
Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationshipsSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

Relevant degree within architecture or architectural technology
Proficiency with Revit
Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
Experience working on projects across various sectors
Healthcare sector experience is desirable
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
Excellent technical and design skills
Strong attention to detail
