Quantity Surveyor

About the role of Quantity Surveyor:

Opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor from a sub-contractor background to join a growing specialist drylining/drywall contractor working alongside Tier 1 businesses throughout London. Experience with drylining packages, as well as JCT and NEC contracts is ideal.

Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor:

Pricing and managing change/variations.
Site Meetings and responsible for the day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Working through from first stage tender process, all the way through to completion and final accounts.Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:

3+ years' experience within a construction quantity surveying position at a sub-contractor.
Experience as a site No.1.
JCT and NEC contract experience.
Ideally experience managing drylining packages.
Quantity surveying degree or a similar construction-based qualification.
Good communication and inter-personal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with co-workers and management.What we offer a Quantity Surveyor:

£50,000 – £70,000 salary depending on experience.
