Job Title: Site Manager – Residential New Build
Location: Northumberland / North East England
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 + Package

About the Company
We are a well-established, family-run construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential developments across the North East. Due to continued growth and the commencement of a new residential scheme in Northumberland, we are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join our team.

The Role
You will take full responsibility for managing a new build residential development, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

*

Day-to-day management of site operations on a large residential housing development

*

Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliers

*

Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and budget

*

Maintaining high health & safety standards across site

*

Liaising with the project team, clients, and consultants

*

Managing quality control and ensuring homes are completed to specification

*

Overseeing large residential plots from groundworks through to completion

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build residential developments

*

Experience managing large residential plots / housing schemes

*

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) – essential

*

First Aid at Work – essential

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Ability to drive programme and maintain high build quality standards
