* Leading Main Contractor with a strong foothold across Mission Critical projects

Main Contractor considered a key player across the European Data Centre market. Group have over 180 Mega Watt of construction projects being delivered in Europe at present. Due to further success they have been awarded this critical project.

On site you will be responsible for contracts, cost, supply chain management and general surveying duties to keep the project moving.

Working alongside the Senior Project Manager to ensure on site success. Protecting the companies position and ensure that the budget is delivered in a timely and profitable fashion.

Role

* Oversee variations, claims and cost management

* Provide leadership and mentorship to QS STAFF

* Monitor financial performance, forecasts, and cost

* Manage client and subcontractor relationships

Experience Required

* Experience in a Commercial Management ( Senior Quantity Surveyor or Project Commercial Lead )

* Handled complex & technically challenging builds, from Mission Critical, healthcare, pharma, airport terminals or industrial projects (HEAVY MEP elements)

* Ability to operate strategically when needed
