Site Manager – High End Retail / Department Store Refurbishment

A specialist interiors contractor delivering high-end retail and department store refurbishment projects across Central London is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their delivery team.

The company operates within luxury retail environments including department stores, flagship boutiques and premium retail spaces. Projects are typically fast-paced fit-out and refurbishment schemes within live and logistically challenging environments.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing site operations on high-end retail refurbishment works, coordinating multiple trades, ensuring programme delivery and maintaining high standards of health and safety within live environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Day-to-day management of site activities
• Coordination of subcontractors and specialist trades
• Maintaining programme and quality standards
• Managing logistics within restricted retail environments
• Ensuring full compliance with health & safety procedures
• Liaising with clients, consultants and project teams

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Site Manager within retail, shopfitting or interiors projects
• Experience delivering works within live or restricted environments
• Background in high-end retail, department stores or luxury interiors desirable
• Strong trade coordination and finishing knowledge
• SMSTS and CSCS Black Card

Projects are based across Central London, working within premium retail and department store environments.
