Location: Cambridge
Salary: £32-40,000 DOE

An established and award winning chartered architectural practice in Cambridge is looking for a talented Architectural Technologist to join its collaborative team. The studio has an impressive portfolio of medium to large scale projects across residential, workplace, retail, leisure and conservation sectors throughout the South and East of England.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the technical development and delivery of projects, working closely with architects, designers and external consultants. You will contribute to the preparation of detailed technical information, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard while meeting regulatory and construction requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications and construction packages
* Assist with the preparation of planning submissions and technical design information
* Develop coordinated drawing packages across multiple RIBA stages
* Liaise with consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure technical coordination
* Support project delivery by ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards
* Attend site visits and project meetings when required

Candidate Profile

* Degree or qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
* Experience working within a UK architectural practice
* Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
* Experience producing detailed drawing packages across multiple RIBA stages
* Confident communicator with a collaborative and organised approach
* Proficient in Revit and other relevant design software
