Are you an experienced HVAC or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer from a Plumbing or HVAC background looking for a new mobile role across London?

This national Facilities Services provider is recruiting due to a new contract win, working across a portfolio of commercial buildings throughout London.

As a Maintenance HVAC Engineer, you will carry out both planned and reactive maintenance across commercial plumbing, heating, and HVAC systems, with a strong focus on plant room equipment.
 
Responsibilities:

Maintenance and repairs within plant rooms, including heating and ventilation systems
Servicing plumbing and heating systems within buildings (radiators, TRVs, sinks, showers)
Planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC plant
Fault finding and basic repairs to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Water temperature checks and legionella testing
Working on pumps, motors, AHUs, and FCUs
General plumbing tasks such as TMVs, flushing, and like-for-like replacements Skills & experience:

A qualification in Mechanical (HVAC, Gas, Plumbing) or Electrical (Level 2+)
Previous experience working in commercial buildings and plant room environments
