Envelope package manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Envelope Package Supervisor to support a major external envelope remediation project in Plymouth

The role sits with a Principal Contractor delivering external envelope replacement works as part of a fire safety improvement programme funded in part by the Building Safety Fund. Due to this, the project will involve a high level of scrutiny around quality inspections, compliance, and maintaining the “golden thread” of information.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision of external envelope remediation works including cladding, render systems, and roof coverings

*

Carrying out site inspections and quality checks on subcontractor installation works

*

Identifying and reporting non-conformities and ensuring corrective actions are implemented

*

Managing and logging inspections through digital QA systems such as Procore, Fieldwire, or similar platforms

*

Reviewing design drawings, RFIs, and technical documentation

*

Coordinating scaffolding and access requirements ahead of works

*

Liaising with residents and occupants during the works programme

*

Ensuring works comply with fire safety and building safety requirements

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

Experience supervising external envelope / façade remediation projects

*

Previous work with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor

*

Strong IT skills and experience using digital inspection / QA platforms (e.g. Procore, Fieldwire or similar)

*

Knowledge of electronic ITAP systems

*

A proven track record of seeing projects through from start to completion

*

CSCS Card – Essential

SMSTS – Essential

*

First Aid – Preferred
