Senior Project Planner – Data Centre – Dublin
Salary: €95,000 – €110,000 + Package

We are partnering with a specialist Fire, Security, and IT Solutions provider delivering major construction and mission-critical projects across Europe and Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Project Planner to support MEP planning on Data Centre projects in Dublin.
This role offers the opportunity to manage complex construction programmes, coordinate installation and commissioning activities, and support project leadership in delivering critical milestones.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain detailed MEP construction programmes for large-scale data centre projects.
* Plan and coordinate critical installation and commissioning activities including containment, cable pulling, switchgear, pipework, plant installation, and integrated system testing.
* Monitor site progress against baseline schedules using planning software such as Primavera P6.
* Produce progress updates, lookaheads, and delay analysis reports for project teams and clients.
* Coordinate MEP interfaces across electrical, mechanical, and CSA works with project managers, engineers, BIM teams, and subcontractors.
* Identify programme risks and constraints and develop mitigation strategies or recovery plans to maintain key energisation, IST, and handover milestones.
Requirements
* Relevant degree or equivalent trades background.
* 6+ years’ experience in a similar planning role on large-scale construction projects, preferably Data Centres.
* Strong experience with Primavera P6 or similar planning software.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
* Based within commutable distance of Dublin.
