Ventilation Project / Contracts Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Ventilation Project / Contracts Manager to take full ownership of ventilation projects from pre-construction through to final handover. This role is suited to a commercially aware professional with a strong ventilation background and proven experience delivering high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple ventilation projects from pre-construction through to final handover
• Take responsibility for project programme, cost control, quality delivery, and client satisfaction
• Prepare and submit monthly payment applications to clients
• Maintain strong commercial oversight throughout the full project lifecycle
• Price variation works and produce detailed substantiation and change control submissions
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Monitor site progress, manage project risks, and resolve technical or delivery issues
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with health & safety regulations and relevant industry standards
Essential Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Ventilation Project Manager role or similar
• At least 2 years’ experience operating off the tools in an office or management capacity
• Demonstrable experience delivering high-value ventilation projects
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and workstreams simultaneously
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
Desirable:
• Ventilation design experience
• Ventilation estimating experience
• Strong technical understanding of ventilation systems and installation methods
