Commercial Manager – Data Centres – Dublin
Salary: €120,000 – €130,000 + Package

Our client is a €2bn turnover Tier 1 main contractor operating across the UK, Ireland, and Europe, delivering major, complex projects with a focu on Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, and Life Sciences sectors.

Due to growth in their Data Centre division, they are seeking two experienced Commercial Managers to join the Head Office team in Dublin. This is a strategic role overseeing project commercial governance and ensuring delivery of projects within budget and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide strategic commercial oversight for a portfolio of mission-critical data centre projects.

* Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, and financial analysis to support senior leadership decisions.

* Oversee contract administration, change management, and risk mitigation to protect margins.

* Work with procurement teams to implement effective procurement strategies and monitor supplier performance.

* Mentor and lead project commercial teams, standardising processes and driving continuous improvement.

* Ensure alignment with corporate financial objectives and robust commercial governance across all projects.

Requirements

* Relevant degree-level qualification.

* 7+ years’ experience in a similar commercial role on large-scale construction projects, preferably in Data Centres.

* Strong knowledge of contract management, cost control, and project financial governance.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

* Based within commutable distance of Dublin.
