Senior Quantity Surveyor

Clarkson Owens Recruitment are working with well established main contractor who due to growth are looking to appoint both QS and Senior QS level candidates. This organisation has a solid pipeline of work across a range of sectors including commercial, education, hospitality and residential. Projects values vary up to around £30+ million.

In this role you will report into a commercial manager and be either fully or partly commercially responsible for a project depending on your level and the exact value.

In order to be suitable you will ideally be a qualified QS with main contracting experience.
