The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will oversee several live projects across the region, ensuring programme, safety, and quality standards are met. You’ll lead site teams, manage client relationships, and drive project success from pre‑construction through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage delivery of multiple projects (£2m–£20m+) across the east coast.
Oversee health, safety, and quality compliance on all sites.
Lead and support project delivery teams.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and design teams.
Ensure all commercial and programming objectives are achieved.
About You
Proven track record as a Contracts Manager within a main contracting environment.
Experience delivering both new build and refurbishment projects.
Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Excellent client‑facing abilities and commercial awareness.
SMSTS and relevant construction qualifications advantageous.
