Waites Recruitment Consultancy are seeking a Project Manager for a client based in York and Hull for full time employment.

Project Manager & CAD Technician – York – Office Based
5+ years’ experience in the hospitality sector
Full UK Driving License – travelling across the UK is essential to this role

Office based and remote working

Experience in managing multiple projects and running meeting taking minutes

Knowledge of cost management within the interior design sector
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience working in project management roles
Knowledge of building regulations, statutory applications, accessibility standards
Experience coordinating and producing detail drawing packages from initial site survey is required
Portfolio of work

Salary 30-40k
