A respected North London construction consultancy, widely recognised for delivering prime residential and mixed-use construction developments for private developers, is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team. This Project Manager position offers the opportunity to manage high specification construction projects across North and Central London. The successful Project Manager will work closely with senior construction professionals delivering complex residential construction schemes.

This Project Manager role will see the Project Manager leading construction projects typically ranging from £10m-£80m, including luxury apartment developments, boutique residential schemes and mixed-use construction projects. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

The 'Project Manager's' role

The Project Manager will oversee construction projects through all RIBA stages.

Responsibilities include:

Acting as client-side Project Manager for residential construction developments

Managing design consultants and construction contractors

Overseeing construction programme delivery

Leading construction progress meetings and reporting

Supporting procurement and contract administration

Managing risk across the construction lifecycle

The 'Project Manager'

The successful Project Manager will have:

Experience working as a Project Manager within a construction consultancy

Degree in Construction Management, Project Management or similar

Working towards MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB

Experience delivering residential construction projects

Strong client facing and stakeholder management ability

You need prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
