Architectural Technologist

We are recruiting for a specialist structural engineering consultancy delivering innovative solutions for large-scale sports and entertainment venues. The company works with architects, contractors, and developers to design and deliver complex stadium structures, grandstands, and arena infrastructure using advanced digital design and BIM methodologies.

Architectural Technologist responsibilities

* Produce and develop detailed architectural drawings and technical information for stadium and sports venue projects.
* Develop and manage BIM models using Revit, ensuring coordination with structural and MEP consultants.
* Support project teams with technical detailing and construction documentation from concept through to delivery.
* Assist with BIM coordination, clash detection, and model management within a federated design environment.
* Ensure designs comply with UK Building Regulations and relevant construction standards.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure buildable and efficient design solutions.

Architectural Technologist requirements

* Degree or qualification in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or a related discipline.
* Strong experience using Revit and working within BIM workflows.
* Experience producing technical construction drawings and detailed design packages.
* Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction standards.
* Experience working on large-scale or complex building projects.
* Strong communication and coordination skills when working within multidisciplinary teams.
