Senior Quantity Surveyor

A rapidly expanding, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

Working alongside another Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for the delivery of both logistic and data centre projects for two high profile clients who have a large portfolio of work across the UK.

Supported by an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and the wider team, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on projects from feasibility through to final accounts.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Strong communication skills
Client facing / good at building relationships
MRICS or working towards
A proven ability to deliver projects
Pre and post contract knowledge
Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environmentIn Return?

£60,000 – £70,000
