Site Manager (Restoration Projects)

Salary to £50,000 DOE

We are a leading restoration contractor focussed on external facade restoration and the refurbishment of historic and architecturally significant buildings. Due to growth we are now looking for an experienced Site Manager who will be responsible for ensuring overall quality control on sites and ensuring projects meet the programme requirements. You will work closely with direct and sub-contractor labour to ensure projects are delivered on time and for updating the construction phase place.

* At least 3 years relevant work experience

* Highly organised

* Contractual awareness

* Knowledge on construction including restoration, refurbishment, and finishing

* Experience in managing contracts and sites
