Site Supervisor

We are recruiting for a Site Supervisor to work on a permanent basis in Warrington.
Salary is c£40-50,000 per annum plus holidays, pension etc
Key Responsibilities for the Site Supervisor role:

Supervise day-to-day site activities relating to roofing, cladding, façade, and building envelope installations
*
Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to meet programme targets
*
Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and method statements
*
Maintain high health & safety standards and ensure compliance with site policies and UK regulations
*
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
*
Monitor quality of installations and ensure works meet required standards
*
Liaise with project managers, main contractors, clients, and consultants
*
Manage site documentation including RAMS, permits, inspections, and progress reports
*
Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly to minimise delays
*
Assist with programme planning and sequencing of works
*
Ensure site housekeeping and organisation is maintained
Requirements for the Site Supervisor role
Experience
*
Proven experience supervising roofing, cladding, façade, or building envelope projects
*
Experience working on commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction sites
*
Strong understanding of installation methods, systems, and materials
Qualifications & Certifications
*
SMSTS or SSSTS
*
First Aid at Work (or Emergency First Aid)
*
CSCS Card (Supervisor / Manager level)
*
Knowledge of health & safety regulations within construction
Skills
*
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Good problem-solving ability on site
*
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
Desirable
*
Experience with rainscreen cladding systems
*
Experience with composite panels, curtain walling, or façade systems
*
IPAF or PASMA certification
*
Experience working with tier-1 main contractors
