Health and Safety Manager

The Role Reporting to the Group HSE Director, you will be responsible for driving safety standards across various high-profile sites and manufacturing facilities.

Field Leadership: Conduct site inspections and audits across the Greater London area, ensuring 100% compliance with NASC and HSE regulations.
Scaffolding Specialist: Act as the subject matter expert for scaffolding safety, temporary works, and working at height.
Safety Culture: Move beyond "box-ticking"—you will mentor site teams and subcontractors to foster a proactive safety-first mindset.
Incident Management: Lead investigations and implement robust corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Policy Development: Work with the manufacturing arm to streamline safety protocols between production and on-site installation. The Requirements
Technical Expertise: Proven experience in Health & Safety Management specifically within the Scaffolding or Access sectors.
Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate (Diploma level preferred).
Mobility: A full UK driving license and a willingness to travel across London and the surrounding counties.
