3D Personnel are working with a leading UK M&E Consultancy is hiring experienced Quantity Surveyors (various seniority levels). The company works with Tier-1 contractors and regional firms and offers strong career progression, competitive salary and long-term development opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

Manage costs and value of complex M&E projects
Coordinate communication between clients, stakeholders, and project teams
Ensure project profitability and delivery targets
Manage risk, change processes, and contracts
Provide commercial advice to clients
Prepare CVRs and cost reports
Monitor compliance with commercial agreements
Support project control and administrative systems
Participate in project cost and risk meetings
Build professional networks within the construction industryRequirements

RICS-qualified (or equivalent) – not an entry-level role
Experience in commercial M&E / building services projects
Understanding of pre-construction and project delivery
Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
