Maintenance Team Leader

Salary: circa £33,000 per annum
Benefits: 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, increasing through length of service, cycle to work scheme, discretionary annual bonus, free fruit and social events.

As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive and planned maintenance on the companies products within the South East but includes UK-wide travel with overnight stays a few times per month. This role involves travelling to different locations to diagnose faults, carry out repairs and ensure the infrastructure is safe and fully operational.

You will have hands-on experience in a maintenance, repair, installation or similar role. Comfortable using small power tools/hand tools, physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weathers and a willingness to travel/ stay away from home occasionally.

Your duties will include some of the following:
Carry out reactive and pre-planned maintenance
Prepare and load products, tools and equipment needed for the job into the vehicle
Conduct risk assessments on site before starting works
Use installation instructions, site drawings and guidance to complete work to specs
Diagnose faults on site and undertake repairs
Being responsible for a company works vehicle, report faults
