Known for their work-hard, play-hard culture, strong team environment, and long-standing client relationships, they continue to grow and are now looking for a Mobile Mechanical Building Services Engineer to cover a portfolio of commercial sites across London.

The Role

As a Mobile Mechanical Building Services Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance and reactive works across a variety of commercial buildings throughout London.

Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out PPMs across the mechanical and electrical plant
Completing emergency lighting checks, battery drain downs, lamping and minor remedial works
Servicing and maintaining AHUs and FCUs
Ensuring all maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standardWhat You'll Need

Experience working within building services, facilities maintenance, or commercial maintenance
NVQ Level 2 in a Mechanical discipline
Solid understanding of general M&E plant and building systems
A proactive approach and ability to work independently across multiple sitesThe Package
