We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee residential construction projects based in Manston, Kent, working on housing developments across Thanet and the wider East Kent region.

This role is ideal for a Site Manager with experience delivering timber frame or traditional housing schemes, looking to join a growing contractor with a strong pipeline of work.

Key Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day site operations on residential developments

*

Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliers

*

Ensuring projects are delivered on programme, within budget, and to specification

*

Enforcing health & safety standards and site compliance

*

Managing site paperwork including RAMS, progress reports, and inspections

*

Liaising with project managers, quantity surveyors, and clients

*

Driving quality control and snag-free handovers

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects

*

Experience with timber frame or traditional housebuilding

*

SMSTS certification

*

CSCS Black or Gold Card

*

First Aid at Work

*

Strong leadership and organisational skills

*

Full UK driving licence
