Firestopping Contracts Manager
We are seeking an experienced Fire Protection & Fire Stopping Contracts Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of specialist passive fire protection projects across the Hampshire and South Coast region. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing multiple contracts, ensuring compliance, driving quality, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end delivery of fire stopping and passive fire protection contracts.
Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and project resources to ensure efficient workflow.
Ensure all works comply with fire safety regulations, third‑party accreditations, and internal quality standards.
Conduct site audits, inspections, and progress reviews.
Produce project documentation, RAMS, and compliance reports.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Monitor budgets, cost control, and financial performance of projects.
Lead on problem-solving, risk management, and technical support for on-site teams.
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in fire protection, fire stopping, or a related construction discipline.
Strong understanding of passive fire protection systems, materials, and installation methods.
Experience managing multiple projects or contracts simultaneously.
Excellent knowledge of building regulations and fire safety compliance.
Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Full UK driving licence.
