The Role
Reporting directly to senior management, you will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination and successful delivery of a £1.5m Demolition project in Central London.

Key responsibilities will include;

* Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and specialist suppliers

* Ensuring programme, budget and quality targets are achieved

* Overseeing health & safety compliance and site standards

* Managing client and stakeholder relationships

* Monitoring progress and resolving any technical or logistical challenges

* Supporting commercial teams with variations and project reporting

* Ensuring smooth project handover and completion

The company is a specialist civils subcontractor with a strong track record delivering reinforced concrete frame and groundwork packages on complex urban projects.
With an established client base and a growing pipeline of work, the business has recently begun delivering demolition schemes, creating new opportunities for experienced managers to play a key role in this developing division.

What They’re Looking For

* Proven experience as a Project Manager within demolition, RC frame, groundworks or specialist civils

* Experience delivering projects in Central London or dense urban environments

* Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics and programme management

* Ability to lead site teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders

* Good commercial awareness and reporting ability

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications
