Role Overview
We are seeking an Associate Director – Head of Façade Access to provide technical leadership, manage projects, drive business development, and support team growth. This is a pivotal role for a professional with expertise in façade access strategies and a vision for expanding client relationships.
You will combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic oversight, ensuring our façade access solutions meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage façade access projects from design through delivery.

Develop and implement façade access strategies for new and existing buildings.

Support business development activities to expand client relationships and service offerings.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Ideally 8+ years in façade access consultancy, design, or engineering.

Strong technical knowledge of façade access systems, regulations, and design solutions.

Demonstrated ability to manage projects and develop client relationships.

Leadership experience is advantageous, but not essential—candidates with potential to step into a leadership role will be considered.
