This well-established company supplies bespoke furniture and interior solutions to clients across the commercial and private sectors. They provide a strong level of support and internal training to ensure both business growth and employee progression into senior roles.

In this role, you will play an integral part in ensuring projects run smoothly by liaising with the manufacturing team and other designers. You will work within a close-knit team alongside the Design Manager and be responsible for producing detailed 2D technical drawings and 3D designs/models for manufacturing and client requirements.

This role would suit a Design Engineer or similar with experience in joinery and 3D CAD design, who is looking for in-house Inventor training and the opportunity to progress their career into a senior position.

The Role:
* Review new joinery plans with the Design Manager
* Create detailed 2D technical drawings and 3D CAD models for manufacturing
* Liaise with the Design Manager and implement any required revisions
* Deliver drawings to the manufacturing team to ensure cutting lists are accurate
* Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

The Person:
* Design Engineer or similar with experience in joinery
* Experience with 3D CAD design software (such as Inventor, SolidWorks, Fusion360 or similar)
