Remuneration: £50,000 – £60,000 + bonus

The role of the Estimator – Facades will involve:
* Estimator position dealing with cladding across a range of projects commercial and residential projects
* Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements
* Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
* Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices
* Carrying out site surveys as and when required
* Producing formal quotations to clients
* Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
* Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Facades with:
* Must have estimating experience with cladding such as rainscreen and curtain walling
* Ideally have experience across other parts of building envelope such as Glass Reinforced Concrete, Brickslips, Terracotta, Renders, Aluminium and High-Pressure Laminate (HPL)
* Understanding of Bluebeam software package
* High levels of organisation and excellent time management
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills
* Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
