Quantity Surveyor required for well known residential developer for a period of at least 3 months.

Ideally applicants will be based between Reading and Oxford and will split time between the office and site.

The successful candidate will have prior experience of working as a Quantity Surveyor for a residential new build developer and understand all aspects of the role. Taking control of the commercial aspects of the project working closely with teams at both head office and site.

Ideally applicants will have previously used Coins.
