Architectural Technologist – London Office (Revit)

About the Role:
A leading architectural practice in London is seeking experienced Architectural Technologists to join their team. The successful candidates will contribute to construction documentation for high-rise and large-scale mixed-use buildings in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed scale drawings and specifications for regulatory approvals.

*

Produce drawings for tender and construction phases.

*

Develop detailed schedules of materials and finishes.

*

Work within Uniclass standards in the Revit model.

*

Coordinate effectively with primary MEP and Structural Consultants.

*

Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and standards.

*

Generate construction/working drawings using advanced Revit skills.

Essential Requirements:

*

Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience in architectural technology.

*

Proficiency in large-scale mixed-use commercial, retail, and community facilities projects.

*

Strong knowledge of Revit, including advanced functionality for construction documentation.

*

Ability to work with accuracy and technical precision.

*

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

*

Positive, self-motivated attitude, with the ability to take responsibility for your own work and contribute to the growth of the team.
