Executive Delivery Architect – London

About the Role:
A leading London architectural practice is seeking experienced Architectural Technologists and Executive Delivery Architects to join their team. You will contribute to the design management and construction documentation of high-rise and large-scale office and residential projects, working collaboratively with design teams and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed scale drawings and specifications for regulatory approvals.

*

Produce drawings for tender and construction phases.

*

Develop detailed schedules of materials and finishes.

*

Coordinate with primary MEP and Structural Consultants.

*

Client liaison and managing other design team members (for Executive Delivery Architects).

*

Work within advanced Revit workflows, including BIM from conceptual massing to construction documents.

*

Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and standards.

Essential Requirements:

*

Architectural Technologists: minimum 3 years post-graduate experience; Executive Delivery Architects: extensive experience leading project delivery.

*

Proficiency in mid- to high-rise office and residential buildings.

*

Strong experience with Revit, including construction documentation.

*

Advanced BIM knowledge across project stages.

*

Strong communication, teamwork, and technical abilities.

*

Positive, self-motivated attitude, capable of taking responsibility and mentoring others.
