Quantity Surveyor

The Partners of a traditional Construction Consultancy are seeking a competent Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial QS team in London.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

Based in central London, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside 10 other Quantity Surveyors (of various levels) on a mixture of office refurbishments, CAT A fit out, and new build works.

The Partner heading up the team is seeking a Quantity Surveyor who has good pre and post contract experience, and able to pick up a project and run with it, always having support from the Partners, other Quantity Surveyors, and junior members in the team.

The Quantity Surveyor

MRICS or working towards
Minimum of 4 years Quantity Surveying experience
Any CA/EA experience would be a plus
Client facing
Commercial project experience is useful
Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environmentIn Return?

£55,000 – £65,000
