Senior Site Manager

Senior Site Manager – Birmingham – Student Accomidation Refurbishment (demo & strip out with new library, cinema, pool room, gym, new windows & M&E) Starting first week of May for 20 weeks. Permanent role so more work to follow.

Our client are a leading main contractor with sites in and around the UK, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage this project with more work to follow.

Tasks/ Responsibilities:

Ordering of Labour

*

Attending weekly meetings

*

Ordering of Materials

*

Identify and resolve any issues with the project

*

To be a point of contact for our client.

*

Full management of the project with the PM visiting once a week.

Skills/ Qualifications required:

*

SMSTS & CSCS Card

*

Driving License

*

Strong work ethic

*

First Aid Certificate

*

Previous 5 years exp as a Site Manager/or someone who is already a Senior Site Manager

*

MUST have previous refurbishment exp within student accomodation, hotels, leisure, offices or healthcare
