Site Supervisor – Long-Term Infrastructure Project (Fawley)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a major long-term infrastructure project based in Fawley. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with a strong civil engineering background to play a key role in delivering high-quality works on a large-scale project.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification

*

Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and plant operations

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures

*

Coordinate with site management and engineering teams to meet project deadlines

*

Carry out site inspections and maintain accurate records of progress and issues

*

Promote a strong safety culture across all site activities

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within civil engineering or infrastructure projects

*

Valid CSCS Gold Card

*

SSSTS or SMSTS certification (essential)

*

CAT & Genny (Cable Avoidance Tools)

*

Strong understanding of underground services and safe excavation practices

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills
