Clients throughout Surrey, London and Home counties We are looking for someone with previous experience selling supplementary services to customers, to join an expanding Kitchen Surveying team of a very respected contractor, working throughout London & Home Counties.
Working on projects across new build, renovation, extension, refurbishment projects and working with the world's leading furniture retailer in the world, they currently have in excess of 40 surveys a week booked and more coming in every day – so it's a role that will keep you busy!
From carrying out the site survey, taking accurate measurements and documentation, costing to each individual customer's needs, closing sales and to supporting the project planning. You'll be happy to be the point of contact for the customer as well as the construction team through the early stages of their kitchen project.
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
Previous experience of conducting home measures/surveys.
Knowledge of kitchen installation and a basic understanding of general building.
Knowledge of plan checking or error checking.
Supplementary service enhancements including the ability to sell supplementary works I.E electrics, plumbing, tiling, decoration, flooring and such like.This business prides itself on its customer experience feedback. A large proportion of their work is gained through recommendations.
With the client base growing bigger every day, we need someone ready to hit the ground running, and start earning some serious commission.
