HVAC Engineer

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Engineer – Merseyside

I'm currently working with a leading main contractor who is looking to recruit a Mobile HVAC Engineer to support a blue-chip retail client across five stores in the Merseyside area.

This is a client-facing role, so strong communication skills and a professional approach are essential. You'll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across HVAC systems, working independently to ensure sites are kept fully operational.

Package & Details:

Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 DOE

Company electric van, fuel card, phone, and laptop provided

Core hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm (1-hour lunch) with flexibility based on client needs

No call-out rota, but overtime available

Covering five sites across Merseyside

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in HVAC

Ability to work independently across multiple sites

Commercial Gas qualification (essential)

Refrigeration qualification (essential)

Retail experience preferred but not essential
