The work is due to start on site on 11th May 2026 for completion mid-October 2026. We are looking to make an appointment for week commencing 27th April 2026 to be allow time to become familiar with the works, which are to be carried out in 3 phases.
The work involves the refurbishment of their existing laboratories, including the removal of existing vinyl flooring and suspended ceilings, alterations to supply and extract duct work in the ceiling void and alterations to the electrical installation, gases, BMS system, roof fans and reinstallation of new suspended ceilings, vinyl floor, decoration, laboratory benches, and equipment.
We can show you 2 drawings to provide some further background information.
The work will generally be carried out Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30 but there may instances when work on a Saturday is required.
There is is parking on site payable at the RingGo pay station.
