We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a well-established and highly respected building services contractor delivering complex M&E projects across the UK.

This organisation has a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality electrical and mechanical solutions across sectors including healthcare, commercial, education, and retail, with a strong presence in London and the South of England.

The Role

As Electrical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of electrical packages across a range of projects, with a particular focus on healthcare environments.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing electrical projects from pre-construction through to handover

*

Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

*

Ensuring delivery in line with programme, budget, and quality standards

*

Maintaining strict health & safety compliance

*

Liaising with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

*

Managing procurement, cost control, and variations

*

Attending and leading project meetings

Requirements

*

Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within M&E / building services

*

Essential: Experience delivering healthcare projects (e.g. hospitals, NHS facilities)

*

Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems (LV/HV, infrastructure, installations)

*

Experience managing projects in live or high-risk environments

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills

*

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
